A Photographer

A talent in progress - here is Anna’s latest artwork from the last few months. She was pretty proud of herself and had purpose in each photo she took. Pretty cute visual from the viewpoint of a 4 year old!

Our intelligent child

I did a silly thing the other day, I taught Anna to cross her eyes.  Now she goes around doing it all the time.  That with her crazy hairdo the other day made for some great photos. Here is our, as Dave refers to the photos, “intelligent child.”

Spaghetti Mama

Maddie Loves spaghetti (unless it is leftovers), It’s just a good thing we have a bathtub after this mess! Check out that face, those hands, and the yucky hair!!!

A Walker

Life is so exciting when you are learning to walk!

120227-144948

Here is why:

Your Mom cannot take a good clear picture of you any more because you are always walking away.

You hit your head…a lot.

You can throw a ball and run after it.

You can carry your special blanket, among other things.

Your hands don’t get as dirty.

You can now do a pivot with your other dance moves.

You can go a lot faster, once you stop falling over, of course.

You realize you are a lot stronger than you thought you were.

You can play outside and {almost} run into the street (yikes).

You enjoy your newly found freedom and don’t make your Mom pick you up as much! (:

It is lots easier to give sister and the dog hugs!

You wear yourself out and take better naps.

You can keep up with your sister.

Thank you little legs for developing strength. Life is good. Life is better.
